Here are few helpful policies to make your experience with Towne Photography go as smoothly as possible. If you have any questions about how we operate please don't hesitate to contact us 403-245-4897.
Completed orders
Complected orders must be picked up within thirty days of notice. Towne Photography will not be responsible for damage to orders left longer than 30 days.
Custom Order Agreement
Everything you order with Towne Photography is a custom order and can not be sold to anyone else. For that reason you do have the right to change /cancel an item. The fee for this service will be 50% of the full purchase price, discounts do not apply.
Easy Pay
To make it even easier for you to order exactly what you would like, you have many payment options at your fingertips. Just pick the one that is right for you.
1. ALL - Pay the whole balance at the time of ordering
2. 50/50 - Pay 50% at the time of ordering
3. MONTHLY - Pay in even monthly increments over the next 3,6,12,or 24 months.
Towne Photo reserves the right to revoke any payment options and require payment in full before proceeding.
Late Arrivals
We work really hard to show our clients the respect they deserve by staying on time for all appointments, therefore we will not be able to take in any clients that arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment. We will however happily reschedule at your earliest convince. A $75 rescheduling fee will apply.
Ordering
Due to the custom nature of our products all orders must be placed in our state of the art ordering room, with a live Towne Photography agent. We will not receive orders over the phone by email or any other means different from above.
Ordering Appointments
Ordering appointments must take place within 30 days of your photography session. It is mandatory that all adults in the photographs are present during the ordering appointment, if an adult is missing from the ordering appointment the ordering appointment will be rescheduled and a reshedule fee of $75 will apply.
Orders
To ensure the fastest possible delivery time available, we process your order immediately upon taking payment. Be sure to order everything you would like to maximize your discounts.
Reorders
As a courtesy, reprints under normal conditions will be available for 30 from the time your original order is complete.
Rescheduling
A client has the right to reschedule any appointment without penalty as long as three days prior. A phone message, email or any other form of contact other than speaking with a Towne Photography agent is not sufficient notice. Any appointments rescheduled without 72 hours notice will be subject to a $75 fee. Rescheduling due to weather or any other reason is at the discretion of the photographer.
Retainers
All fully refundable, no risk retainers are required to hold your appointment, and will be returned to you if all appointments are attended on time.
Size Guarantee
Our size guarantee protects you from ordering a final print that is too large. It only applies if you have no space to hang it in your home at the discretion of the photographer.
